RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND

You are free to return this item for any reason (including change of mind)
within 14 days of delivery

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

You can return the item for a refund or exchange. We will responsible for both original and return & exchange shipping fee. 

Change of Mind & Size Swaps

If you’ve had a change of heart, we accept returns for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused.

  • In original condition (including all original packaging).

For these returns, we offer a choice of exchange or store credit. The buyer is responsible for return postage and the shipping fee for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged by your pet (e.g., chewing).


How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact fluffyhut8@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack Securely: For fragile items (like glassware), please pack them carefully. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged during their return journey to us.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within a few business days.

Note: We are not liable for fees or lost packages resulting from an incorrectly submitted shipping address at checkout.
