Shipping Rates and Estimates

The delivery date provided is an estimate based on when your payment has been received. Your items will be shipped as they become available. Our shipping rates and delivery estimates are as follows

For VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT customers

Free Standard Delivery applies to orders $79 and over

  - $10 shipping fee for any order less than $79

- Standard Delivery Estimate: 2 - 5 Business Days

- $15 shipping fee for Express Shipping

- Express Delivery Estimate: 1 - 3 Business Days

For NT, TAS, WA customers

Free Standard Delivery applies to orders $139 and over

- $18 shipping fee for any order less than $139

    - Standard Delivery Estimate: 5 - 8 Business Days



Tracking Your Order

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details, including shipping and delivery times for each item. When your item is ready for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. This email will provide you with your tracking number, the date and time of your order, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have already shipped. If you need more details or assistance with tracking your order, please email fluffyhut8@gmail.com.


Please note: 

We want to ensure your order reaches you safely. Once your package leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for monitoring the delivery shifts to the customer. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by a failure to track the shipment or provide accurate delivery instructions.

  • If you notice delivery issues (such as missed attempts or concerns about a drop-off location), please contact the carrier or our support team immediately to resolve the situation.

  • If a package is returned to us because it was not tracked, delivery preferences weren't updated, or it wasn't collected in time:

  • Reshipment Fee: A fee will be required to send the package a second time.

  • Order Cancellation: If you choose not to pay the reshipment fee, we will cancel the order and issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
