To ensure your order is ready when you arrive, we require at least one day’s notice to pick and pack your items. Once your order is placed, please wait for our confirmation before heading down to see us.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
The delivery date provided is an estimate based on when your payment has been received. Your items will be shipped as they become available. Our shipping rates and delivery estimates are as follows
For VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT customersFree Standard Delivery applies to orders $79 and over
- $10 shipping fee for any order less than $79
- Standard Delivery Estimate: 2 - 5 Business Days
- $15 shipping fee for Express Shipping
- Express Delivery Estimate: 1 - 3 Business Days
- Standard Delivery Estimate: 5 - 8 Business Days
Tracking Your Order
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details, including shipping and delivery times for each item. When your item is ready for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. This email will provide you with your tracking number, the date and time of your order, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have already shipped. We want to ensure your order reaches you safely. Once your package leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for monitoring the delivery shifts to the customer. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by a failure to track the shipment or provide accurate delivery instructions.

If a package is returned to us because it was not tracked, delivery preferences weren't updated, or it wasn't collected in time:

Reshipment Fee: A fee will be required to send the package a second time.

Order Cancellation: If you choose not to pay the reshipment fee, we will cancel the order and issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
You can return the item for a refund or exchange. We will responsible for both original and return & exchange shipping fee.
Change of Mind & Size Swaps
If you’ve had a change of heart, we accept returns for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:

For these returns, we offer a choice of exchange or store credit. The buyer is responsible for return postage and the shipping fee for the new item.
